Our Apple notebook computers are sold on this secure website. The best way to place an order is through PayPal (please make sure to use the Goods and Services option for our mutual protection). Amazon is another option - feel free to shop at our Amazon store. Direct bank to bank transfers work as well. We currently do not accept checks or credit cards directly but we do accept standard US currency.
Shipping / Local Pickup
We are happy to ship your purchase to almost any country in the world and also offer free local pickup in San Francisco. Please refer to our Shipping and Pickup page for details.
30 days refund or exchange (at our discretion) providing the item isn't as described in the listing. Proof required. Otherwise an item can be returned only with a 25% restocking fee.
If specific software, accessories and/or original packaging are not mentioned in the description of an item - they're NOT included
The login name and password to your new machine are identical and you should change it asap
Due to various internet fraud serial numbers are redacted but are available upon request
Any purchase made within California is subject to the 8.5% sales tax
Occasionally you may see a discrepancy in the description and/or product images. If that happens please let us know and we'll fix it as soon as possible. However, we're not responsible if such discrepancies are overlooked at the time of purchase
